As a true scratch bakery Erwin’s offers a wide range of Pastries, Cookies and Desserts. Many are available daily in the bakery, and others only by advance order.

We make all our own pastry and pie dough which provides the best foundation for truly exceptional finished products. If you’ve never had puff pastry made without additives, preservatives and processing aids you will be astonished at the difference.

Our team is available to assist you in deciding which of our wonderful pastries or desserts will be suit your dietary needs and taste.

Pastries: Daily

Cinnamon buns with Cream Cheese Frosting
Blueberry Baskets
Nussgipfel (Swiss National Treat – puff pastry filled with ground hazelnuts, cocoa & brown sugar
Eccles Cakes – twice rolled puff pastry with red currants, brown sugar & cinnamon
Turnovers – variety changes. We make Apple, Cherry & Blueberry
Buttertarts – with & without raisins
Cream Slices – layers of puff pastry with a layer of raspberry, and a filling made from a blend of Bavarian Cream and Whipped Cream. Topped with a Vanilla Icing and drizzled with Chocolate
Cream Horns ; Bavarian and Chocolate– puff pastry shaped & baked into a “horn” then filled with a blend of a) Bavarian Cream with whipped Cream or Bavarian Cream, Whipped Cream and Dark Swiss Cocoa

Pies:

We bake a different selection each day, but always have our Take Home freezer well stocked with unbaked frozen pies for clients to take and bake at home

Lemon Meringue & Banana Cream pies are only made to order. 2 business days’ notice is required.
