Online ordering instructions

1. Choose your product(s) at the online store. By clicking on the product and selecting the quantity. After you click “Add to cart” and you have added all the products in your order you can proceed with the checkout process by clicking “View cart”. You may also keep shopping by clicking on any category on the right side.
2. Review Cart. When you have added all your products you can click on “View cart” and review the products you have selected. You may delete any products you do not wish to purchase by clicking on “X” and proceed to click on “Update cart” to have the new balance. Once ready you can continue to the checkout process “Proceed to checkout”
3. Fill in your billing details and any additional information (if applicable). Please note that the information you enter here must be the same as that associated with your credit card. For example, you must use the correct billing address. (This is the address where your credit card statement is sent.)
4. Add your credit/debit card for payment then enter your credit card number, Expiration Date and CVV Code. Click on “Place order” to complete your order.

• To ensure that your order is properly processed, please enter a valid email address and phone number.
• No shipping/delivery option available at this time.
• Items made to order only require a 1 – 2 day lead time

Confirmation of order:

• You will receive an email with your order details and information to the email provided.
• Erwin’s Bakery will contact you to the phone number provided to inform you when your order is ready for pick up.
