As a true scratch bakery Erwin’s offers a wide range of Pastries, Cookies and Desserts. Many are available daily in the bakery, and others only by advance order.
We make all our own pastry and pie dough which provides the best foundation for truly exceptional finished products. If you’ve never had puff pastry made without additives, preservatives and processing aids you will be astonished at the difference.
