Since 1971 Erwin’s Fine Baking & Delicatessen has held to the time honoured methods of a traditional European bakery; offering Swiss and European favourites among our handcrafted breads, delicate pastries, cakes and desserts. We continue to use only quality ingredients to prepare the finest foods for our clientele. Our deli assortment along with select groceteria including local and imported products enhance our made in house offering.
We love being woven into the fabric of our community. Whether it's getting to know our regulars; seeing returning faces, and even second generation ones at out Gingerbread Workshops; watching a family grow and change as we celebrate milestone events with them with our cakes and catering and in providing support to local groups and charities.
We are unique in both the way that we produce our products and the scope of items we create. Our team of highly skilled Red Seal Bakers bring their experience and talent to bear, using fresh, quality ingredients to create products that we are truly proud to serve. Wherever possible we use local and organic ingredients. Continuously searching out regional suppliers we work to expand our use of local ingredients.

For decades Erwin’s has been known as making the best sandwiches in Kamloops. Using our freshly baked breads we make our sandwiches with the best meats and ingredients available; creating a wide selection with customary and surprising ingredient combinations. Sandwiches are just the tip of our deli selection.
Erwin’s offers a wide range of items through our Deli, including soups, pizza, the best sausage rolls in town along with other hot items, salads, and our line of Take Home meals. All are prepared on site using recipes gathered from our “family” over the years.
The meat and cheese selection in our deli is always changing. Along with the usual staples we bring in various items from around the world throughout the year. We also offer our baked/roasted in house meats as part of our deli selection.
Some local producers that we are proud to carry alongside our own exceptional items. Many of these names you will recognize from the Kamloops Regional Farmers’ Market and they are available year round through our bakery.
