Every day we have a wide selection of Cream Cakes (delicious cake layer base with a light and flavourful mousse layer on top. Each one covered with a White or Dark Chocolate Ganache), layer cakes and cheesecakes.

Trends for 2016
Trends for 2016 are shaping up to continue with the Vintage look that came back into vogue recently. Detailed “lace” work, floral accents with the addition this year of hints of metal/glitter look. Gold & Silver hues, through colouring, ribbons or nonpareils.
Continuing from a rise in popularity from 2015 is what is often referred to as a Rustic or Naked cake. For those wanting a more casual yet stylish look.
